About MyStaq Health

Our mission

You shouldn't have to guess what goes into your body.

Personalized supplement stacks, checked against your medications. Built for women's health.

We're starting with the women left behind by the traditional supplement aisle: those managing PCOS and menopause.

Why we started

MyStaq began as a personal problem.

I grew up with several health challenges, so I had to take my health seriously earlier than most people do. When I left home at 18 for engineering school, it got harder. I'd always been a picky eater, and without my mother quietly making sure I got the nutrients I needed, I was suddenly managing it alone.

Supplements became essential, and the more I relied on them, the more I saw how hard it was to choose well: labels I couldn't interpret, claims I couldn't evaluate, no way to know what was right for me or whether it was working. I've been working on that problem ever since.

MyStaq is the platform I needed then.

Wellness has never been bigger, but finding what actually works has never felt harder.

Sisters first. Then a doctor and an engineer.

“When a doctor prescribes something, it comes with trials, a dose, and a pharmacist checking it against what else you take. Supplements skip all that. I'm an engineer, so I'm building what they skipped.”

“Patients ask about supplements constantly, and the honest answer is usually 'it depends.' MyStaq is where we say what it depends on: the evidence, the dose, and what else you're taking.”

What we believe

Four things we won't bend on.

01

You should know why every bottle is there.

Not “for wellness.” The ingredient, the dose, the study it rests on, and how sure we are.

02

Your prescriptions come first.

Nothing we suggest is worth a clash with something your doctor prescribed. We check, every time.

03

If the evidence is thin, we say so.

Every ingredient carries an evidence grade. “Promising but early” is an honest answer, and you’ll see it.

04

Nobody should be sold the whole shelf.

We start you on one. We’d rather you take less and understand it than take more and hope.

Start with yourself

If you've ever stood in a supplement aisle feeling like you were guessing, this is for you.

Chosen for what's in them, not who makes them.
