Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Welcome to MyStaq Health. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at mystaqhealth.com and the products, quiz, ingredient information, recommendations, and store (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by MyStaq Health LLC ("MyStaq," "we," "us"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What MyStaq is, and isn't

MyStaq is an independent curation, information, and retail service. We help you understand your potential nutrient needs, we recommend supplement products, and we operate an online store where you can purchase those products. We do not manufacture or warehouse the supplements: they are produced by third-party brands and shipped to you directly by those brands or their suppliers on our behalf (a "dropshipping" model). When you buy through the Service, your purchase is a sale by MyStaq Health LLC; the product is manufactured and fulfilled by a third-party brand or supplier acting on our behalf.

2. Not medical advice

The Service provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. Our recommendations are based solely on the information you provide and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a health condition.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. By using it or placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

4. The quiz and recommendations

Our quiz generates suggestions based on the answers you give. The quality of any recommendation depends on the accuracy of your input, and we do not guarantee any particular result or health outcome. Individual needs vary, and the only way to confirm a nutrient deficiency is testing with your healthcare provider. You use the Service and act on any recommendation at your own discretion and risk.

5. Independence of our recommendations

Our independence is the core of what MyStaq is, and we hold ourselves to it without exception.

Brands cannot buy their way in. Paid placement is not available at any price. No payment, discount, supplier rebate, marketing fee, or other commercial term will place a product in our recommendations, include it in our marketplace, or move it up our rankings.

Rankings follow our rubric, never our margin. Which products we recommend, and the order in which we present them, are determined solely by the published rubric and vetting methodology described on our site (see "How We Vet"). We do not sort, weight, rank, or surface products by how much we earn on them. The same rubric is applied identically to every brand and product, regardless of our cost, margin, or profit, a higher-margin product never receives more favorable treatment than a lower-margin one.

The rubric gates the marketplace. A brand or product is included in our store only after it clears our rubric. Partnering with us to sell a product does not earn it a recommendation, inclusion, or a better ranking.

Our commercial relationship, disclosed plainly. Because we operate a store and ship through third-party suppliers, we earn revenue when you buy. We tell you this so you can weigh our recommendations. That revenue, and our margin on any given product, never influences whether or how we recommend or rank it. If our independence policy ever changes, we will say so clearly and prominently before it takes effect.

6. Your account

You may need an account to purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

7. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or shipping the product. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, for example, where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or reseller activity, or where a price or description was posted in error, even after you receive a confirmation. Prices, availability, and product information may change at any time. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

8. Payment and taxes

By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are handled by a third-party processor under its own terms; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for the payment method you use, and you represent that you are authorized to use it. We collect and remit sales tax where required by law.

9. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped directly by our third-party suppliers on our behalf, so a single order may arrive in multiple shipments and on different timelines. To fulfill your order, we share the name and shipping address needed for delivery with the supplier that ships each item. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, unless the law of your state provides otherwise. We are not responsible for supplier or carrier delays outside our control.

10. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price and interval until you cancel. We will clearly disclose the price, frequency, and renewal terms before you enroll and obtain your affirmative consent, send any renewal or price-change notices required by law, and let you cancel easily at any time through your account or by emailing contact@mystaqhealth.com. These terms are subject to applicable automatic-renewal and negative-option laws.

11. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

You may return unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less any return shipping. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements are not returnable except where the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, in which case we will replace it or refund it. Because items are shipped directly by our suppliers, we will give you return instructions for each item, and some returns may need to be sent to the supplier. To start a return, email contact@mystaqhealth.com.

12. Product information and supplement disclaimers

We work to describe products accurately, but labels, ingredients, and packaging may change; the manufacturer's current label controls. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplements may interact with medications or be unsuitable for certain people; review the label for allergens and warnings and consult your healthcare provider before use.

13. Third-party products, brands, and links

The Service offers, references, and links to third-party products, brands, retailers, and websites. The supplements sold through the Service are manufactured by third-party brands and are provided with the manufacturer's own labeling and warranties (if any), which pass through to you to the extent permitted. As between you, MyStaq, and the manufacturer, responsibility for the manufacture, formulation, and safety of a product rests with its manufacturer. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, pricing, availability, fulfillment, or claims. Inclusion of a brand is not an endorsement or guarantee of safety or efficacy.

14. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended at any time. We may void orders or codes obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.

15. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Service. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

16. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it in any way that could harm MyStaq or other users.

17. Intellectual property

All content on the Service (text, design, graphics, and the recommendation methodology) is owned by MyStaq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial use only. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and the products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, except for any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law and any manufacturer's warranty that passes through to you. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStaq and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your use of the Service, the recommendations, or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the products at issue in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you in full.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyStaq harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

21. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief about intellectual property, you and MyStaq agree to resolve any dispute relating to the Service by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, rather than in court, and to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing contact@mystaqhealth.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

22. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the state and federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

24. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and MyStaq about the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You consent to receive communications and agreements from us electronically.
