Who we are

MyStaq Health LLC ("MyStaq," "we," "us") operates the website at mystaqhealth.com and an online store through which you can purchase dietary supplement products. We build tools that help people understand their nutrient needs, and we sell the products we recommend. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Your consent to process health-related information

Our quiz collects health-related information, including age range, biological sex, dietary and lifestyle factors, and symptom patterns. We treat this as sensitive information and collect and use it only with your explicit consent. Before your quiz answers are submitted, you check a box confirming you agree to MyStaq using them to generate your personalized recommendations, which is the only purpose we use them for. You may separately opt in — after you receive your results, or anytime in your account settings — to let us retain your de-identified quiz answers for up to 12 months to improve our recommendation engine. This is optional and never required to use MyStaq. If you do not opt in, we use your answers only to generate your recommendation and then delete or anonymize them. We never use this information for advertising and never sell it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@mystaqhealth.com. What we collect and why

Quiz responses

When you complete our personalized wellness quiz, we collect the answers you provide, including age range, biological sex, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and symptom patterns. We use this information solely to generate your supplement recommendations. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

If you ask us to email a saved result, we store a one-way hash of your email so we can protect the link and process deletion requests; we do not keep the readable address for that one-time delivery. We store the readable address only if you separately opt in to updates, create an account, or place an order. We use it for the purpose you selected. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email we send. To request deletion of saved results and email-list data, use our delete my data page.

Account information

If you create an account, we collect your name and login credentials. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.

Order and transaction data

When you make a purchase, we collect details of the products you buy, your order history, order amounts, and related communications. We keep these records to fulfill your orders, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Billing and shipping address

To deliver your order and process payment, we collect the shipping address you provide and the billing address associated with your payment method.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to that processor under its own security and privacy practices; MyStaq does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. We receive limited information such as the last four digits, card type, and authorization result so we can manage your order.

Usage data

We collect basic analytics about how visitors use the site, pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, IP address, and general location (country/region level). This helps us improve the experience and detect fraud. We use privacy-focused analytics and do not build individual profiles for advertising purposes.

Medications and supplements you check

When you use the Interaction Checker, or the safety step of the quiz, you may enter prescription medications and supplements. We use these entries only to generate your interaction report in that session. We do NOT store them, log them, or link them to your name, email, or account. They are discarded when your session ends. How we use your data

We use the information above to: provide the quiz and generate recommendations; create and manage your account; process, fulfill, and deliver your orders; take payment and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; provide customer service; send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, where you opt in, marketing; improve our recommendation engine (with your opt-in consent) and the site generally; and comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on secure servers. Quiz responses are associated with a random session identifier, not your name or email, unless you choose to provide contact details or place an order. We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

If you opt in to help improve our recommendation engine, we retain your de-identified quiz responses for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If you do not opt in, we retain your quiz responses only as long as needed to generate your recommendation. We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the purchase and for up to seven years thereafter to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to records we must keep by law.

Medication and supplement entries used for interaction checking are never retained (see above); the 12-month quiz-response retention does not apply to them.

Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, and shipping and fulfillment partners. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

Suppliers who ship your order

Because products are shipped directly by our suppliers (dropshipping), we share the name and shipping address needed to deliver each order with the supplier that fulfills it. We share only what is needed to ship your order, and never your quiz or health responses.

We may also disclose information in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at contact@mystaqhealth.com. We will respond within 45 days (or the period required by your state's law).

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia, among a growing list of states, you may have rights over your personal information. The information we collect may include identifiers (such as your name and email), commercial information (your orders), internet activity (basic analytics), and, if you take the quiz, sensitive personal information about your health.

Subject to your state's law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to access, delete, correct, or receive a portable copy of it; and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and an easy opt-out mechanism before doing so.

Authorized agents and appeals

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may verify your identity and the agent's authority. Where your state provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Where we operate

MyStaq Health is based in the United States, and our website and data are hosted in the United States. Our services are intended for residents of the United States. We do not target or market to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep the site working, for example, to remember your quiz session, keep you signed in, and hold items in your cart. We also use privacy-focused analytics to understand general site usage (pages visited, time spent, country/region). We do not use third-party advertising cookies and do not build advertising profiles. Because we do not sell or share data for advertising, we do not display a tracking-consent banner.

SMS & transactional messages

If you provide your mobile number, we may send transactional texts about your order (for example, shipping updates). With your separate opt-in, we may also send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts and HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, and consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
